Mr. Ellingson serves currently serves as Special Deputy Receiver for PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Compass Cooperative Health Plan, Inc., and Compass Cooperative Mutual Health Network, Inc. for the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. 

Mr. Ellingson currently serves as Special Deputy Receiver for Friday Health Plans of Nevada, Inc., for the Nevada Insurance Commissioner. 

Mr. Ellingson currently serves as counsel overseeing various litigation for insurance receiverships for the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner. 

Ellingson & Associates, LLC, offers representation to insurers and other related entities in compliance matters with state insurance regulators including:

• Insurer formation and licensure
• Regulatory approval of changes of control, mergers, acquisitions and withdrawals
• Financial examination and market conduct examination

Mr. Ellingson is a former Director of Insurance with experience working with insurance departments along with federal and state lawmakers.
